1- Greater rooting due to increased soil capillarity.
There is a greater accumulation of water in the soil given by the permeability generated in the vertical rupture of its structure. The water filters and prevents it from running over the surface or the compacted layers, giving the crop greater resistance to drought. Greater rooting causes a better use of nutrients.
2- The trash blanket generated by previous harvest is maintained.
It decompacts in depth without altering the horizontal layers of the soil, maintaining the surface cover that the direct sowing culture provides as a benefit.
3- Breaks the “planting foot”:
Historically, we talked about the plow foot, today that concept was re-converted to the planting foot, which is between 10 and 20 cm deep and is produced by the use of no-till planting. With decompaction, we managed to break hard layers at depth, working between 25 and 45 cm.
Special designed subsoilers: they allow a subsurface rupture in a different place than the subsoiler spot of penetration, thus avoiding turning the ground.
Bolt release system: in the event of obstacles during work, the equipment breaks a bolt avoiding damage to the central structure and the subsoiler.
Robust chassis:constructed with UPN 140 profiles facing each other, formed into a tube, TT is characterized by the robustness of its equipment, and since the subsoiler is a heavy-duty piece of equipment, its construction is made with bouble UPN 140 Profiles. This structure will give reliability and durability to the equipment, with high resale value.
Rear rollers: designed to seal the lines generated by the subsoilers, breaking clods and giving a good finish to the land preparation, 300 mm in diameter, made of 15.8 mm round steel mounted on lateral bearings. They have springs that generate pressure, giving a better surface finish.
