Main Features

Any model of TT 3000 requires a tractor of only 90/105 HP planting an average of 1 hectare an hour at a speed of eight (8) kilometers an hour.

• Economizing seed: low rate density without leaving fails compared to any other mechanical systems.
• Uniform distribution: fixed rate of seed cane. Values per hectare: 8.000 to 18.000 kgs (15 to 33 eyebuds per meter) • High speed: average of 8 kms/h, designed for high planting efficiency (1 ha/h).
• Six tasks in one pass: high level of automation in the process: opens furrow, distributes seed cane, sprays, fertilizes, closes furrow, suppress the aire with rear rolo avoiding air pockets.

Working in any planting system
• Double line: width 0,23 to 0,70 cms and from 1.60 to 2mts from center to center
• Single line: from 1.50 to 2 mts from center to center

Three models available

Electro-mechanical: seed cane and fertilizer distribution is powered thanks to the speed of the tractor through a wheel command. The planter is controlled by an operator.
Electro-hidráulica: seed cane and fertilizer distribution is powered by an independent hydraulic circuit and planter is controlled by an operator.
Self-driven: eventhrough planter is powered hydraulically as previous model, the control is fully automatic through two 7” digital screens installed in the tractor, sensors, pwm valve regulating hydraulic flow and cameras showing the tractor driver the regular operation inside hooper and the rest of the equipment.

Six tasks in one single pass

1. 1.

   Opens furrow with depth regulation up to 45 cms with Hummingbird type system or 25cms depth with disc opener type system.

2. 2.

   Distributes seed cane at adjustable fixed rate thanks to dosing system controlled by automatic rpm achieving the amount required at any speed and terrain.

3. 3.

   Sprays seed cane with liquids at a fixed rate. Liquids are able to be sprayed both during the falling in the slides and/or direct into the ground just before the covering.

4. 4.

   Distributes solid or liquid fertilizer at a fixed rate adjusting amount following the speed of work.

5. 5.

   Covers the seed cane with concave disc 18” allowing the use of the humid soil from the sides of the wall of the open furrow making a row with a sub-surfaced cover. Or else, using straight steel sheets allowing a bed form levelled to the ground.
   
   

6. 6.

   Sealing rolo avoiding air pockets, form of rolos upon client request (complete, barrel, etc).
